Since 1976, Greenmarket has been bringing fresh-from-the-farm produce and vegetables to the streets of New York City. In an effort to sustain business for local farms, Greenmarket has set up various open-air markets around the city. Some are open year round while others only open for the spring and summer months. So come stop by the Union Sq location, and help support local farmers by eating all the delicious treats they have to offer! Also, be sure to check out their website for other locations.
